To be fair, fan forums are terrible. They are mostly made up of the people who post comments on bleacher report articles. I mean even I would prob be a top tier poster on a fan forum.

Not to be an ass, but what exactly do you think this is here?

What injury history did he have at that point? He had been banged up in college, I don't think he had missed a game in the pros until that point. You can argue he shouldn't ever be on any special teams, but its not like he was the gunner or in the wedge and they don't really have a backup extra point team. He's probably only slightly less likely to get hurt in warmups than in that position on an extra point. It was such a fluky thing and a marginal decision.

I want to know what the poker analogy is for pumping crowd noise into a dome when the opponents offense is on the field.

I've been to patsfans.com and that is a dreadfully scary place. prawney is right. I was run out of there real quick for trying to talk about probabilities

Well said sir. I feel bad for the patriot fans that need to defend the greatness they witness. So lucky to have BB

Who gives a **** about the ****ty Colts?

They have done **** in the past that wasn't completely legit and that's fine.

Problem is that all these droolers come out in droves when they hear anything remotely damning of the Pats. Ever since Spygate that's been the case and it'll likely continue to be the case for as long as the Pats are successful.

But to the mouth breathers like Shuffle, a better question to ask than what the Colts have done in the past is: Wouldn't the refs have noticed the balls were deflated during the game when they handle the balls on every single play?

Or do you mean to tell me that only a Colts linebacker is adept enough to figure out that a ball is below minimum inflation?

sonsofsamhorn.net... patriots forum. They have nothing better to do with themselves than calculate win probabilities and figure out what football stats are best. These are the true sabermetric guys, trying to apply it to football. Absolutely brilliant thinkers and posters who convey their thoughts extremely well. You'd be a pig in mud.
01-20-2015 , 08:36 PM
Actually more really good Xs and Os stuff on that forum than sabermetrics IMO, but the footballcentral stuff a group of posters there done this year has some really top notch stuff.

Bottom line is that KBZ would love it, no?

Probably

irsay is such a ****ing pussy. what does he think could possibly come of this?
01-20-2015 , 09:32 PM
Colts talk belongs in the offseason thread IMO

The storm is coming, Mr. Wayne...
01-20-2015 , 09:36 PM
In all seriousness, doesn't matter what he means, if that's the owner of my football team I would just give up rooting for a franchise.

REPLAY THE GAME

PATRIOTS HAVE TO PLAY WITH 10 MEN ON BOTH SIDES

ONLY FAIR!

2lbs under weight, so it was what..... negative 1llb in total weight.
01-21-2015 , 12:17 AM
Assume lolMort means 2psi lower.

#JusticeForIndy
01-21-2015 , 12:21 AM
I think he means psi.

And what does 2 pounds under mean? There is a range of 12.5 - 13.5 with the official psi being 13.

So were they 10.5, 11 or 11.5 psi?
01-21-2015 , 12:26 AM
So Brady still can't win a super bowl without cheating even if they win. Pretty funny
