I too am hoping that Goodell will do the right thing and

Spoiler:
suspend Sean Payton for the game.

Apparently they want to win so they're bringing him back but at the same time they're playing cassell at QB.

Cutting him makes a lot of sense. He won't be on the team after this season anyways and in the mean time you gain public favor and have a great excuse for a 4-12 season.

if we are done trying (unsuccessfully) to troll me, we should really get back to talking about why most of you are terrible parents for not disciplining your children.

...but then again, I doubt a majority of you even have kids (you are aware of) and you're just talking out your asses as usual.

Even when thinman isn't there he's helping his kids by saving them money since they don't have to buy anything for father's day.

I was the recipient of very little in terms of physical discipline as a kid and it definitely resulted more in me judging the adult responsible and questioning their actions than it did feeling bad about what I did.

Figure this thread is going to really derail into an argument about whether physical discipline should be used on children. It obviously shouldn't be, lol olds.

Again, there's a whole lot of discipline that is more effective at stomping out the bad behavior and teaches children how to handle things they find objectionable without resorting to violence.

You are a terrible parent if you can't explain and help little Jimmy understand why it's bad to kick Mary without using violence to "teach" him.

Who knows. Maybe Rog told them to reinstate him so he can punish him and make the NFL look like it's taking this seriously.

Unleashing a rested and ready ADP on the Saints is definitely something Goodell would do.

Bro I'm with you. First thing I do when I get home is punch my kid in the face, cause you know, discipline.

Yeah that's the most idiotic thing of the many idiotic things thinman is arguing.

Prisons are basically filled with dudes who are violent bc they were hit/abused.

i mean the line is just too thin between caning your kid for discipline while teaching them about their mistakes and just whopping their asses because they are dumb. Its just too easy to cross with anger and emotions.

Funny part is i never learned anything from getting caned. i just do the same thing over and over again. I think i got caned 30 times in my leg once in one day in class because i couldn't stop laughing as she was caning me lol and next day i would just do the same thing over again. It was always pretty hilarious to me. But i learned to behave once the teacher start taking recess time instead of caning. Those were some awful time.

But i mean there is a point to it but there are just so many better options in disciplining your kids. It's better than no discipline that's for sure though.
