Also juror members I noticed in my trial don't know what a reasonable doubt is. They think because they are a reasonable person and have some doubts that creep into their head they must be reasonable. I'm not sure I'm allowed to disclose the following because of legal rules in Canada, but bringing up the percentages on how often a guilty party should go free vs an innocent person is convicted and their relation to each other can completely change the thinking of jury members.
