Watched a little of GB's meltdown vs ATL. In that, there was a 4th and 1 with a false start. Of course, as soon as there was movement, Atlanta's D-line stood up and pointed.

That got me to wondering; there's nothing in the rules that says players are required to move. It seems like it's the defense's natural tendency to relax when there's some, but not coordinated movement by the offense.

I wonder if a good 4th and 1 would be to have the rest of the O-line stay still, with the center and QB pushing forward. IOW, make it look like a false start so the defense relaxes, but be perfectly legal.
