VAMOS! 3 great games in a row, too bad we can't rely on Hazard, Asensio or Vinicius to help our attack more. Vazquez has been absolutely immense in these last games.

Clubs will take a hit collectively of about 220M from what i've read but not sure who will lose what.

We don't have class-actions afaik but Nasser Al Khelaifi (GOAT) is looking to sue the former president of the ligue who negotiated that deal, looks like mediapro is pretty much covered.

Someone else will pick up the rights pretty soon but looks like there's going to be problems medium/long term for some clubs, no idea how the DNCG/lolffp are going to handle this.

220M, pfft, that's one neymar, give or take a few mill

i'm sure psg will be fine, but the smaller sides who have budgeted their spending according to the payouts of the supposed new deal might be screwed, every mill counts for them

sucky situation

OOPS

You were right that it was stress free though, maybe next match you might even generate a scoring chance.

Not sure what happened with Neymar, when the clown subbed off Verratti/Paredes for Herrera/Gueye i logged off and saved some precious time.

They're going to have new leadership in a couple months and, depending on who wins the election, Koeman will likely be sacked fairly quickly with Xavi coming in to take over.

It's going to be a good few years until they are competing for the CL again. If Madrid hadn't done such a poor job with transfers post Ronaldo they'd be set for winning the league at least the next 5 + years.

Seriously? First off, their biggest transfer of the past few years, Hazard, has been nothing short of a flop. Which players have been so successful that they'll get Madrid challenging to win the CL again? Outside of Mendy and Courtois are there any?

19/20 Arrivals
Hazard
Jovic
Militao
Mendy
Rodrygo
Reinier
Soro
Kubo

18/19 Arrivals
Vinicius
Courtois
Ordriozolo
Mariano
Brahim Diaz
Lunin
Mascarell
Torro

How was RM supposed to know that Hazard will have his bones broken two times and he'll be sidelined for 9+ months?

Forget about the CL, RM plans are not revolving 100% around it and Ronaldo was 90% the reason we won so many, so fast. Mendy, Courtois, Valverde - excellent signings. Odriozola, Jovic, Militao, Mariano - backup signings, they didn't come to challenge the starters because they can't. Rodrygo and Vinicius were still very helpful so far even though they are barely 19 and 20 years old.

Why are you talking about the CL when you said

well we won 1/2 league titles since Ronaldo left so far. who do you think RM was supposed to sign so that they would compete for the CL in these last 2 years? I'm talking realistically, not FM talk.

You paid over 60m for Jovic, ain't what it used to be but I'm sure they hoped he'd at least challenge the starters.
