Now that they've closed all the boozers here I'm making a list of things to do:

1) Watch enormous backlog of films/TV series that's big enough that it dates back to VHS (literally)
2) Learn enough Italian that I can ask if the pubs are still open given the football's cancelled, assuming all my flights aren't cancelled, which'd be a relief to be honest
3) Get good enough at Tetris to reach the killscreen, I can get through about 30-40% of the lines I'd need on the final speed fairly regularly, improve that to reaching the killscreen and I'd be good enough to qualify for the world championship, which'll be cancelled
4) Perform stochastic analysis to work out which two lower league German clubs won't have gone busto by the time football starts again so I can plan another trip

If it wasn't for my folks being in a high risk group I'd self infect already and be done with it, probably going to get more people dying from mental health reasons than the virus itself

edit - oh yes, almost forgot:

5) Get fit - I might get as far as couch to 0.5k before there's tanks in the street and I take an RPG to the knee

My solution so far has been to go down the whole YouTube drain, hours spent reading fever pitch for the umpteenth time and trying to explain the explain the content of that book to a (girl) friend who legit knows nothing about football while she's trying to explain her nature sciency college classes to me, talking shite to mates over the phone or internet and listening to podcasts while playing video games.

I actually started a rewatch of it recently, as it's a decent option for a guilty pleasure, mindless entertainment kind of a thing. I won't make the mistake I made the first time around, though, and watch anything past S1. Holy ****, that drop-off in quality.

Yeh, that and heroes are the benchmark. Then GoT S8 took the piss.

Might do a rewatch of breaking bad or the sopranos.

Do not watch Jack Ryan, certainly not S2 at least. Holy **** was that awful.

Would recommend Bosch instead. Altered Carbon and The Expanse too if you're into sci-fi. American Gods if you're into awesomeness.

I've not go to s2 yet. Think i'll be avoiding that then!
