“The club’s definitive stance is that no offers for Philippe will be considered and he will remain a member of Liverpool Football Club when the summer window closes.”

It was necessary to make such a statement earlier and not drug it out!

how do you not tell coutinho to avoid signing a new deal in january if youre going all out for him in the summer window? it's hard to believe you can be this bad at running a football club

Edit: Could only find this: Although Torres does not have a formal release clause in his contract he does have an agreement with Liverpool that he can go if a club offers £50 million.
