Having issues setting up tableninja / xpadder with the mapping of hotkeys.

I can do most of it but I dont understand how I would set up my default pre-flop bet sizes

e.g.

My raise sizes at certain blind levels are

15/30 - 90
20/40 - 100
25/50 - 125
30/60 - 130
40/80 - 170
50/100 - 210
60/120 - 255
80/160 - 330
100/200 - 450
120/240 - 500

so how would I map that into the sit n go sensei sit-n-go betting field and into xpadder to make these work in one click or to use the d-pad on the xbox controller to adjust the values? Also Id increase the bet for limpers so how do I do that in tableninja?
