Universal Replayer/Java Error

After a few days using Universal Replayer formerly known as Popopop Replayer..I am getting an error that say "Splash: rec failed". Anyone get this before or have any idea how to fix it?

Well, I guess it's pretty late to reply to this... But it may still be useful as I just had this problem and solved it.
It seems most of these errors are caused by Comodo Firewall.
You have to add the following to your "trusted applications": C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\javaws.exe
If you have 64 bit Windows installed, make sure you allow the right JAVAWS.EXE.
I originally allowed C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\javaws.exe, which was not in use. The previous link I posted is for the 64 bit version, which I am using.
After allowing JAVAWS.EXE, Universal Replayer starts up just fine!
