UB Mac Software Technical Issue

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone else has the issue trying to launch UB's mac software. I've emailed them once asking what the problem was, they said they were aware of a Mac issue and were working to resolve it, 12 hours later I sent a second asking for a timeframe as I've been sitting on my hands waiting for this to be resolved. They replied saying they had no way to give me a possible time to have the software fixed.
Does anyone here have have experience at UB and knows how long this has taken to fix in the past as I'm getting bored waiting.
Thirdly, is Phil Hellmuth just stealing my monies?
