Tracking software question??? Please Help!

Hello,
I am a reg on pokerstars and have a MAC desktop. I play $20 and up sng's on pokerstars all the way up to occasionally taking shots in $235 sng's. Now that I am playing $78 sngs on the reg (which is my main buy in choice) I would like to know which software (that is legal and wont get me booted off pokerstars) would be best to use to track information on players, hand histories etc....I am a complete noob on this kinda stuff and know that since I am playing midstakes sngs I prob should of got some type of HUD software already but dont. So please help!!! Thanks guys
