Is Tourney Manager still supported software?
I shipped money but never got a reply from rvg.
What's the story?

Hi,

You need to e-mail your reference code to tourneymgr@gmail.com or pm me here. It is definately still supported - I put out an update a couple of weeks ago to deal with the Full Tilt HH changes.

Hi!

Just wanted to check something.
Imports to Tourney Manager are VERY slow for me.
I import from my PT SQL database, which contains something like 4000 tournies. I am now running an import (expecting a few hundred new additions to the TM database), and the import has been running for something like four hours.

Is this normal?

I am running version 1.18b

Imports into Tourney Manager from Poker Tracker are slow for large databases because Poker Tracker does not record all of the available information for a tourney. So, TM is forced to grab every single hand history and piece together the tourneys back from those in order to get all of the tourney details.

In your case I'm not sure what he answer is besides importing from hand histories instead of importing from poker tracker.

I see, thanks.

I guess I have to start using TM differently

Hi, been looking around, but found nothing.
I'm about to reinstall everything on my computer completely, format or whatever, and need to backup my TM database.
How do I do this?

Actually backing up your handhistories and re-importing them might be easier. That's what I do...

Right, sounds reasonable.

Hi.

Is there a revision list for TM somewhere? I couldn't find one on the official site. I did, however, notice that a version 1.30 had been released.
I am running 1.23, and it'd be great to see what new news more recent versions contain.

Like, for instance, there is one feature I've been wanting to see.
Namely, an option (perhaps via a right-click context menu) to graph a selected subtab under the results tab. Like for instance graphing one selected limit, one selected month, etc, without having to mess around with filters.

I have a revision list but haven't posted it in a bit - basically since 1.23 it has been primarily dealing with sites changing their hand history formats. I do have a bunch of updates in mind once HM is launched like making manual / bulk entry much easier and adding support for a few more sites.
