This program "Holdem Watcher" is currently being re-configured so that when and if it is used on Poker Stars or Full Tilt, the automatic Auto Fold is actually turned off to comply with Poker Room T.O.S.

This is being done to protect the Players/Users from possibly having their poker accounts frozen. We have had neither complaints, nor warnings as of this point about any accounts actually being frozen from Poker Stars or Full Tilt for using this program.

FYI! This program has been verified as legal to use on Party Poker with the automatic Auto-Folder funtion enabled.

I am posting this publically so as to dissolve any fears or doubts about using this program; it has many great features other than auto-fold and is in the stages of having many more Multi-Tabling features implemented. Again, I would like to stress that we are endeavoring to be honest, open and upfront regarding this program's functionality and use. Poker Stars and Full Tilt have been contacted and have been notified of this programs abilities and we are working to resolve any conflicting issues with the Poker Rooms T.O.S.

Also at this time many other Poker Rooms and Networks are being considered, specifically one's with higher traffic and easier implementation.
