What are the required software tools for guys getting into online poker, and what are sort of optional tools.

For SnGs, I've heard that Sharkscope is good for selecting opponents.

For cash games, is Pokertracker the must have? I know that it is really hard to constantly keep track of how much I win and lose with multitabling, and different sessions per day, and a variety of hours per session. I know I'd need something to keep track of win/loss numbers.

I found an online calculator for hand matchups on all streets so that was helpful.

Thanks for helping me out.

Try PokerTracker3 beta while its free. You definitely want some sort of HH tracker and HUD (heads up display). I use Holdem Manager, personally.
