software issues please help

alright im american i was an avid stars player i went to bodog cuz hem said it supported it well i had to get a hand grabber. the hand grabber grabbed hands last night but hem was saying errors on the hands and no hud would pop up. after a while it just popped up and was importing hands. i bought the handgrabber and now that i have the registered version its doing the same thing it was last night. sick thing is it worked all day. anyone else have any similar issues?
