Should I create separate databases?

I currently play SNGs and use pokertracker 2+Poker Ace HUD. I'm looking to start playing Limit Hold'em and No Limit Holdem Cash Games.. I'm worried that the stats for one game may be inapplicable to other games.. Is there a way to set pokertracker 2 to differentiate between tournament poker/cash games/limit, or does it just make more sense to create a separate database for each? Thanks for your help.

I would create a separate database for limit/no limit and then have PAHUD read from whichever one you are playing at the time.
