Pokerstars has made it obvious that they don't want you to use sharkscope. However they've made it clear that they won't ban you for it.

My question however, is whether the sharkscope HUD is prohibited or not. It's not listed in their prohibited software list. Does anyone know?

I believe the stars line goes something like this: You can use sharkscope, but not while you're playing. Giving that belief, I don't think they'd take to kindly to this & it could most certainly end in account closure.
