First, you should decide which site to play at. For serious grinding you will have the most benefit by using a tracker like HEM or PT3 (test their trials first) and a hotkey tool if you want to multitable. Maybe you'll have to use a window positioning tool like PlaceMint as well.
If you're not sure at which site to start, check the rakeback/affiliate forum for getting the best deal, especially recommended a kickback deal for quick bankroll building. You can also get a tracker as a bonus if you don't want to buy it.
