Searching a program for notes

I am looking for a program where you can either enter notes or note labels via hotkey or via voice. Does anyone know if such a program exists?
The reason why I need that is because I am mainly playing zoom and I often have to go to the replay to be able to make a note for a player.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but in DriveHUD they have a integrated auto note taking app called player x-ray. you just need to set it up to take notes on certain situation and the app does it automatically.
