Hey guys, I'm not sure what type of response this will generate, but I'm hoping that a few people here may either be capable in this field or know somebody that is. Basically what I'm looking for is a programmer to design the back end of a website, working hand in hand with myself to integrate the layout and the content of the site with the programming end of it.

I have moderate knowledge of PHP and MySQL but what I'm trying to launch is a little too far over my head. It's undoubtedly worth while for me to simply pay somebody else to do it, as the time it would take me to acquire the necessary knowledge and actually code everything would be more than extensive.

Knowledge of AJAX, JavaScript and Flash is a definite asset. It's a fairly intensive profile driven site. Something in the same ballpark as social networking, but not as vast and as complicated.
