restore to default table size in FT?

Is there a restore to default table size option on FT as there is on Stars?
I'm often moving my tables around and if I accidentally catch the edge instead of the title bar, it resizes. It's tilting to me to have all my tables slightly different sizes and difficult to get them back to the same size manually.
Better yet, is there a way to lock the table sizes so I can't accidentally resize them? Is there a way to do this on Stars too?

Ah, found the option already to restore to default size on Tilt. My question still remains if there is a way to lock the table sizes on both FT and Stars.
