OK, I don't know if i came to the right place (thread), but anyways I have a question.
I play at winner poker (ipoker) and I can't find my hand history anywhere... I have ticked the box store hand history locally, but for some reason I don't hveany HH in my folder. I used to have it and checked it with sng wizard, but now there is no history to check.
Can anyone please help. Thank you!

- Make sure "Store Hand History Locally" is selected.
- Play a few Cash Game Hands
- Navigate to your Poker Client install path C:\Poker\YourSiteName\
- Look for the Hand History Folder where Hand Histories are being saved.

That's the thing. I made all these things (except I play sng not cash game) and still no games....

And now, there is only history for last 3 tournaments that I played today. What is going on?

Make sure the folder the client is saving hands to has full read/write permissions in windows.

You will need to right click the folder, open properties. At the bottom in Attributes, uncheck the Read-Only. The folder will continue showing read only after that, this is an issue in Windows


Are you referring to the hand history folder only having 3 tournament histories or are you referring to your HM2/PT4 only showing the last 3 tournaments. If you are using a tracker the hand history files get archived for performance reasons. If you are referring to the reports in a tracker make sure all your filters are cleared.

If you are using HM2: All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\DD\MM.

If you are having problems with a specific tracker you should email their support since this won't be able to be solved in a thread like this since it will require some back and forth and more information from you.

OK, found all the historys in HM2Archive folder. I unchecked the box read-only, but it kept checking itself back Strange ghost in the machine.

A ******ed question I guess. Does Pokertracker work for sngs? I purchased it today, assuming it does, but it doesn't start for sngs or mtts. At sngs the symbol pops up at the top of the window, but it doesn't show any data for the players. At cg thou, it does so automatically.

If it works on cash games but not tourneys you probably just need to install your poker client in English. Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

If you need help beyond that you will need to ask their staff in their support thread since I am paid for HM2 support not PT4.

I use TN1 (which should be fine?). The TN guys were unable to figure out what causes it.

Today I was one-tabling a little and in the start of every HU match, my pokerstars lobby would get in front of my table (I had table over lobby). That was in the first hand of every game. So I had to click back every time.

I also sometimes have the problem that when I use hotkeys they dont always work. Its like its "trying" to act, but I have to click it several times to get it done. Very annoying. It seems kinda bugged.

Is there anything on my computer that can cause problems like this? Like firewall or anti virus or whatever.

I am sorry but I don't know since I can't play on Pokerstars. I can only refer you to the TN support staff. The only thing I can suggest would be the basics of making sure your windows OS is update, graphics drivers are updated, all programs are set to 'run as admin', and to check your pokerstars > options > advanced multi-table options. Beyond that all I can suggest is to post in the TN support thread or on the TN forums and see if they, or any customers, have any other ideas that might solve your problems.

hi there all have only just decided to get poker software with hud ,read enough to show you cannot play the game to your best abilities without it . I have super large hh from poker stars sent to me in a e-mail with a huge amount of attachments is there a software package that can sort through the hh and be able to direct me to specific mtt hh,s.I need to be able to put up specific mtt hhs if I decide to go in for some coaching what I get from poker stars is very hard for locating specific tourneys.

Any of the popular trackers can do that. Make sure you also request the tournament summary files. Stars does not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive by default like FTP. They recently added this feature, so please enable the option in the PokerStars client to be sure that it is enabled in the Pokerstars options and be sure that you have added the folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration.


Email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Histories/Summaries.

They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder. Import From Folder for all of the unzipped hands.

The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments and import those after all the hands are imported.

Hy, I used Poker Edge and PokerTableRatings in the past to see cash game players, but everybody knows, we can't see PokerStars players in these sites yet... I have heared there is another online site whereabouts tracking PokerStars players but I don't know that's name... Or there are more site whereabouts tracking PS CG players but I don't know these sites? Somebody can help me in this thing? Thank's! (Sorry for the bad english, I from Hungary)

Hi, PT4 is showing my last 2 sessions as -BB/100 when I am at profit? This is mostly 2NL with about 40 hands of it being 4NL. Thanks.

This can happen when you mix stakes. Try looking at the sessions in a by stakes type report (not sure what they call it in pt4 as I work for HM2). If you still have questions and _dave_ can't answer them please ask in the PT4 support thread as I don't think the PT4 support staff follows this thread.

your winnings for the session is $1, but your bb/100 is 0

Is there a poker client that (almost) instantly saves (parts of) the hand history while the hand is being played, withouth waiting for the hand to be over before saving? Both PokerStars and FullTilt seem to wait until the hand is over.

If there's no such client, is there a software that saves the hand history of the hand you're currently involved in to a file for you? If yes, is it legal to use?
