Average aggression is a stat I recently wanted to add to my HUD. Could anyone please provide some input here?

For starters, the stat I want to be focusing on is "Agg Factor" correct? What is the difference between Agg factor and Agg %?

My understanding is aggression factor provides a one-number summary of a person's post flop play. What would be considered a high aggression factor vs a low aggression factor?

Any links would be awesome I'm sure this is covered in full somewhere....

For future reference start of by reading the stickys:

Differenece in aggression stats is explained in the HEM FAQ:

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...ons#aggression

Personally I believe agg factor is pretty useless for NL and if you are going to use an aggression stat then use %.

As a rough guide for NL 6 max I would say < 24% is passive, 33%+ is pretty agg and 40%+ is verg agg. If you do a search I'm sure you'll find several articles on what you want.
