Question for programmers (VB6 Question)

I'm an old schooler, and use to write little programs with VB back in the days (1998-2000) ..anyways, haven't touched it in years, and was thinking about loading up vb6 on my vista machine and giving a go at writing a little program for UB. Any programmers out there using VB6 nowadays, especially on vista machines to write programs that will work on vista? Any compatibility issues I need to worry about? I did some googling and see that Visual Basic 6 "should" work on vista. Just want to know what problems/if any, that I'm in store for. Thanks
