Question about ev-graph / calculation

If V1 pushes 500$ and V2 calls 500$ preflop. V1 got AKos, V2 got 22. V1 wins the hand. What does that mean for the ev calculation or graph?
Does now V1 got in his graph ev -500$? or does he got the 5% difference in ev in his graph?
Second case: if in a hand 80% of the money goes in the turn and you got sucked out on the river, does the ev from PT4 calculate street by street? Or PT4 cant show up the suckout on the river? I mean if you get for example 10:1 to call you have to call, also when you know you are beat. But how is such an situation shown in graphs?
Thanks and sorry for my poor poor english

1 - I am not the best at answering these questions but the best way to figure this out for yourself is to filter for the hands/situation you describe and export the hand along with a few non-allin hands before and after it. Then import those exported hands to a brand new database and look at the lines so you can see how it affects them.
2 - EV can only be calculated if allin before all of the board/hole cards are known so that shouldn't affect the EV line at all IIRC.
