PT4 notes converting to PS notes

Hello,
iŽm looking for a script/software that is able to read all the PT4 notes including the lables i gave them in PT and write them into the PS notes file as well as setting the label to the according colour (it can overwrite existing notes as i keep all my notes in PT4).
Does something like this exist?

I am also looking for something like that.
I like to write notes on PS.
But I also take notes when reviewing hands on PT4.
So I would like to automatically place those notes taken when reviewing on PT4 directly on PS.
Is there anything that do this?
Any tips?
