PT3 Problem

Hey folks!
I just recently downloaded the update for PT3 (v3.11.9beta) and now it doesn't import. The support takes way too long to reply so i was wondering if someone knows how to fix this. I get a message saying " Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: Unsupported database type: PokerTracker 3 Database ()" when i press the "begin auto import" button.
