PT3 identifying duplicate HHs

I play on 3 seperate machines using PT3, HEM and Poker CoPilot. I had been keeping the machines up to date by transferring HHs, however I have now lost track of which ones I have transferred.
I want to get my PT3 on my home mac updated with every hand history. If I just copy all my windows HHs from my work machine, some of which I will have already transferred, will PT3 be able to determine the dupes and ignore them or will it import them again?

Yes, PT3 will ignore hands that have already been imported into your database and will not duplicate them.
