like being up 6bi and then being down 5bi in 1200 hands isnt bad enough, this occured today to tilt me even more,, i cant drag it down, i tried restarting comp but didnt work. i dont feel like resintalling it.:

Not sure if this will work, but try........

open up multiple PT windows - import, session stats, etc......

Window Menu > Layer - should reposition all open windows so u can arrange them.

surely you can grab the bottom right of that window and resize it loads from there?

Try

ALT+Space then hit S and you can rezise it with arrow keys
or
Alt+Space then M to move it with arrow keys
