programs for multitabling DON's

i play DON's sit and gos on poker stars i use holdem manager and table ninja both work great i am starting to play 10 to 20 tables at a time any other programs i should be using? when i log on i notice people are automaticly signed up for all the tournaments how are they doing this any info would be helpful
