God Day Loki !
I manage to re-install PostgreSQL with and 2% gambling
i downloaded HEM and there i could install it again. and after that run Pokertracker as usually
BUT now im facing a new problem^^ I cant reach my old database. Can i import my older hands in somehow?

You should have explained this more carefully in steps in your first post
You should have mentioned PT4 & HM2 so as not to waste peoples time! I will let PT4 support deal with this.
I have reposted your question for you over at the PT4 sub-forum [post# 12704] & this is what I wrote:
[1] S/he had problems with PostgreSQL/PT4
[2] So s/he downloaded a new copy of PostgreSQL by DL'ing the HM2/PG install package [don't ask me why! ]
[3] Now s/he can't access his original PG which contains the database
[4] Wants to reconnect PT4 back to originally installed PG
