Problems with Gametime+ and holdem manager for Boss

hey,
First of all , my gameitme + does not want to show my database from pokertracker when I'm trying to track tables anymore. I cant seem to find the problem and I'm using vista if that helps anyone .
Second , I heard that you can use holdem manager for boss by using the hhconverter but i am also having problems getting that to work .
Please, I need help !!!
