Problem Saving Hands on William Hill

I had to install the new beta software recently because the old one would stop working.
Now the hands are not saving to the folder it is supposed to. It is just empty.
I do have the "store hand history locally" box checked off. Not sure what else I can do to fix this issue... I don't want to have to switch skins because of this.
Any Help?
