When i load up a set and play sng's for say 2 hours, when i try to leave pokerstars it tells me I'm registered in some tournament ID: blah blah

I search my registered tourneys in PS client and it says none.
So I searched the tourney ID in sharkscope, and it says it played and i came like 5th. There's no record of the tourney at all in HM (which is pretty odd) and it's happened a couple of times so I emailed PS for the HH and sure enough I just sat out and was blinded out in all the tourney ID's that the client popped up when i tried to leave. The tables never popped up, HM never tracked it and i folded away my buy in.

Ever heard anything like that? Any suggestions?

I noticed this last week but did not think anything of it. I thought it was a
computer glitch or something.
But it happened again today, and when I checked I had sit out the whole
game. I was thinking it may have something to do with HEM since I got it
last week.
