POSTgresql help please win2000

I tried downloading from the HM site and when I click on the link there is an error. I went to postgresql website and tried installing it from there, but I get the same error.
Something like "c/documents/admin/locals/temp could not be saved because an unknown error occured. Try saving to a different location."
I can't do anything else because if I right click and choose "save link as" nothing happens. Is it compatable w/ Win2000?

I would think no,win 2000 is way out of date. I think microsoft has no more support for it. I may be wrong.

for some reason the problem was w/ firefox. I downloaded it w/ IE and installed it w/out a problem. I'm not sure what the problem is though because I was able to download fine until I downloaded HM and then snoop free
