I just downloaded HEM and am have trouble figuring out how to get started. I have the free trial and when I hit "try" it brings up the database control panel and tells me to install postgreSQL.
I click the link and it takes me here:

From there, I click the download link and get an error saying it can not be saved to the temp folder along with Firefox can't find the file at
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/postgresql.zip.
I've tried Googling it and downloading it from a different site and am having the same problem there. It had me turn off User Account Control in Vista, I am not sure if that is related to the problem.
What do I need to do to get this running?
