You are trying to install postgres, or want to know something about the AHK function I wrote?

If the former, very good documentations included on HEM or PT3 support pages. Downloading the PT3 trial is probably the easiest way to get postgresql installed.

Otherwise, post what trouble you are having.

This is actually related to Stars Buddy List.

edit: Nevermind... just found the StarsBuddyList instructions here:

[Disregard]I'm can't seem to get stars buddys to work. I installed Postgres, and the postgres functions, and the ahkfunctions as described in overcards, to no avail...

I'm not using postgres or sql for my PT database, I'm just using access. Does that mean it won't work?

I assume that you only need the postgres functions/postgres if you want to create custom queries for buddys, and that otherwise you can just export a txt file of your buddies, and search for them. If the latter is true, then you dont' need to install the postgres and postgres functions?[/Disregard]

thx!

Yes, you only need postgres for some extras, and they aren't all that good at working properly either You would of course need your poker DB in postgres format too.

So don't worry about postgres for now, get the "easy" zip version of buddylist, it has those parts removed for ease of use/setup.
