I play on a monitor with four tables tiled and behind each table there might be 4-7 other tables. Is there any way to make the tables open in a designated location. For example, all 18mans would be top left, 45/180s bottom right, 9mans in a different spot... Any way I can make this dream a reality??

No not really. Least not that I know of and I have searched for similar stuff. You can use hotkeys on table ninja that positions tables for you but I find it annoying keep having to look down at my keyboard to make sure I'm pressing the right key. FWIW I use allsnap which is a handy little program that snaps windows into place so you don't have to be precise you can just throw them around and they sit into place by themselves.

its pretty easy to do in placemint as long as there is some text in the table name that separates one from the other, i.e. if your 180s have 180 (or anything the others dont) in the title bar.
