I tile FR tables at the smallest size, it's not a problem as long as you use PokerStarsFont.bat and don't have a huge hud.

I have spent several minutes searching for what i assume is fairly simple, but to no avail, so:

I want to replace the Pokerstars logo on my Hyper-Simple themed tables with a different logo.



Is there simply an image of the table stored in a Stars sub-directory that I can edit in paint? Or is there a seperate file for the Stars logo which I can replace with my desired logo? Or something else?

I like your layout. May I ask what is the base PokerStars theme you've done this on? Mine looks similar, but you have a lot more space for the HUD on the corners, since the corner seats are closer to the center? I've done mine on 'Pokerstars Black Theme' so what's yours?

So you want a 1) traditional looking typeface, with 2) enhanced/optimized holecard spacing, 3) large holecard ranks, 4) card suit pips under the holecard ranks, and also with 5) large ranks on the bottom right that you can only see on the community cards?

Large ranks on the bottom right are only needed at default size and below, imo. At larger table sizes the largeness of the optimized/enhanced spacing holecards suffices. I only play one to two tables, which is why I have not made that style of deck, but it has crossed my mind that there is a lack of availability in that department, and sounds like a project to me.

4) Card suit pips aren't needed at all btw. I find those really useless while playing with fully minimized table. Just another distraction if we're trying to be perfectionists here for multitabling & tables minimized purposes .

-I didn't meant that. I meant that when you have cards like this:



Then you can't see the big card rank at (default deck doesn't have big card rank, so it's a bad example) all on the card behind the other card. So the big card rank/number/letter should be hidden, but as big as possible as long as it's hidden fully behind the card in front. So on the front card the big card rank should show normally just like on the community cards. Just like in that default deck pic you can only see white with the small card rank of the card that is behind. So just a question of how much to the right you'd move the big card rank from being on the center. The way you have it on this deck you just linked a pic of has it right. Can't see the big card ranks behind the front card at all. That deck has everything else right too, but one flaw might be if it's not fully minimized table pic .

I was playing with Paint.Net and made this table skin. I dunno if it's any good and i failed with getting a 3D feel to it. Now it looks little bit dumb when the chips for example are 3D and the table isn't... Dunno why people don't make more often nonsymmetrical tables like this?

hmmm, not a bad idea - might include that. Certainly food for thought for a 'simple' deck, yes?

I am not a fan of white rank decks, so in this one I wanted the white rank to be more integrated into the rest of the deck, rather than seeming "stuck on", as was the case with other "white rank" decks I have designed. Lighter colours come closer to the eye, and darker colours seem further back from the eye. So what happens with decks that have white ranks there is a tendency to hesitate to make sure of the suit 'behind' the rank, to make sure one doesn't misread their hand. The yellow patches help to take the white back and the darker colours forward, thus bringing everything more onto the same plane, or less 3D if you will, while still having a 3D effect. So, less double checking to make sure the flush draw is out there or not, for example. Looking at a flop of A J 5, with two hearts, involves more effort than looking at a flop of Ah Jh 5c. As Goethe said, “ he who deliberates lengthily will not always choose the best.”

What is the difference with STD and OPT folders btw? I tried them all and I didn't notice any differences between these 2.

STD is the default size holecard spacing that is standard (STD) with the PokerStars client. OPT is optimized holecard spacing, which Tiltbuster pioneered back in the day; enabling the small numbers to be a little larger and easier to read; the cards are spaced a little wider apart. WIDE is full face cards for Holdem.
