Yes. There aren't many mods available for the Standard and Alternative deck methods though. I started on an Alternative based deck once but never finished/released it. My Vista 2 deck uses the Standard deck base.

Hi guys,

a few questions for you anout the Stars gui:

1) Is there any way of entirely getting rid of 'empty seats' so that I do not keep imagining that there is actually someone (with no avatar) sitting there? Failing that, a way of, say, putting a big 'X' through all empty seats as second best option?

2) Is there anyway of having a visible 'clock' display showing me how much time I have left/available before I need to click on 'time'. Something like what they have on FT would be great! When using Stars I'm always either rushing my decisions or else timing out because I do not know how much time I have left to me!

3) Can I somehow make the playing cards on FT slightly bigger?

4) Can I make the default Stars 'note' colours appear slightly larger under a player's name?

5) I am looking for a cleaner. more basic, uder-friendly gui/skin generally. Can anyone advise me? Someone told me about 'bar.nuthin', but his website psthemes.com appears to be down. Does anyone know when it's coming back or if there's anywhere else I can go in the meantime for off the shelp skins and other custom features? I really just want to keep everything as clean, basic and minimal as possible. If I don't positively need something on screen then I don't want it to be there!

Apologies for seeing such a rube. I'm new to the world of mods etc so am grateful for any help you can give me!

2 - Try Poker ShortCuts software. I think there is an AHK script available also, that will display a timer.
3 - Stars it easy to oversize cards. FTP used to be easy until they went to SVG and Layout.xml files.
4 - Yes, there are ways to make bigger note symbols. Search this thread for instructions.

1) yes - if you don't use TableNinja, a theme base on "Slick Theme" will do the trick - if you do use TableNinja, you'll need an extreme mod similar to the one I am releasing this week

3) there is really no advantage to making the cards bigger. what your after are bigger (easier to read) ranks. several ftp decks feature larger ranks and some incorporate edits to the Layout.xml file to increase spacing

again, whether or not you use TableNinja will be important in making a deck decision

the Full Tilt Mods thread is you best source of free options, and the sites that Fozzy mentioned are the best sources for commercial (and some free) options

Some people in this thread were chosen as beta testers. Apparently it is going to be TN compatible. I believe they will be available at www.psthemes.com when it is re-launched. The cards and chips (from the 2 pictures) are available on tiltbuster.com

Is there a way, I assume using masks, to have the "empty" seat show in a more distinct (like red) color? I know Stars basically control that feature. But even with no avatar themes which I use... all the hud stats create so much visual "noise" that I sometimes don't notice empty seats quick enough and get trapped on emptying tables with the big blind. (Full Ring games)

I wouldn't care if "bet" "fold" "muck" and the other commands showed in the same color, just want to make empty seats stand out. I am using one of the older xthemes, Everlong's "pitch black" which I believe uses the "simple" theme as it's base theme.
