I had something happen to me while mult-tabling SnG's last night that has never happened before and I believe it has costed me at least a couple of buyins as a result.

I use Table Ninja to open and close the Sit n' Go Tournaments as well as many of the other actions such as betting/calling/folding, etc. For example, I press "c" for call, "b" for bet, etc.

Last night while multi-tabling I happened to see an alert in the chat box indicating that if I do not type the word "COHOOTS" in the chat box within a short period of time my account would be frozen or something (to be honest, I'm not sure exactly what it said because my hands were full of tables waiting for me to act).

Because Table Ninja intercepts a couple of the letters in the word I needed to type, I couldn't comply until after I had closed Table Ninja. This caused most of my tables to timeout (and sit me out) at very crucial times in the games.

By the time I got to type thier security word in the chatbox, reopen Table Ninja and sit back into my games I had lost much equity in most of my tournaments.

Please don't flame me and say, well you should use ctrl-c & crtl-b, etc. I use the hotkeys this way for a couple of reasons. #1, it's quicker and easier, but #2 and just as important, it auto-prevents me from being tempted to chat or IM people when I'm playing. This has been very +EV for me.

Has anyone else had a problem like this??

Use onscreen keyboard:

[make shortcut for fast opening of said onscreen keyboard]

I guess I could try that, but wouldn't a "c" be a "c" regardless if I press it on the physical keyboard or the onscreen keyboard? In other words, I could potentially call a bet instead of typing a "c" in the chatbox.

Tableninja has a feature that allows you to set a hotkey to disable all other hotkeys (so set it to something you'll never need like Control-F12). Next time you play like a bot just hit that key, type COHOOTS, press the key again and proceed with your botlike play.

LOL, although I'm pretty sure there's a burn in there somewhere, your advice might just do the trick. Thanks.... ....I think.

Also, if you have the mouse over the chat entry box then hotkeys are not active. This approach can back fire though because if another window pops up and steals focus then hotkeys are back on.
