Poker videos and Flash Player

Guys,
Does anyone know if there is an option that can be enabled within the flash player that would keep the video playing and snapped to full mode even when I click a program on another screen? As is right now, I can drag the video to anotehr screen and make it full screen, but whenever I do anything on my other 3 monitors it always unsnaps from sull screen mode...
