Opening several databases at the same time

Does Holdem manager, PT2 or PT3 support usage of multiple databases at the same time? For example, I have separate database for each room I play at, and if I play 2 rooms at the same time can I open both databases to collect and use statistics for each room? Now I use Poker Office and seems like miss this option.
