What is your goal? I think if you start asking questions like this you better forget about it right now.

Otherwise just move to "Island of Men", 0% corporate tax is what you will be looking for. There you can start writing your program, set up your marketing and your servers and start hireing ppl. Or you just buy the rights on a white lable and you skin your own skin.

I hope you have the $500.000+ already in cash next to you.

Yes, but if you are not willing to search the internet about possibilities, to maybe try to contact people who did open a room already or if you are not going to search for programmers you can hire, etc. - What do you expect?

Hm, I have a good idea, I become millionaire without doing anything, because people will pay me rake. How do I do that? No idea, but I will ask.

You'd be much better off joining an existing network and skin, that way you are you don't have to start from scratch on the software, or advertising. Youre gonna need 1/2 a million to do this, you don't have that, so quit.
