Not sure, but feel free (anyone) to upload/post them to the FTP Mods Wiki, to make sure they dont disappear. I quit maintaining it when i removed my items and any reference/link to my work.

why did you only upload one size? fulltilt requires many dif sizes for chips just like the cards now, right?

For single table size, Full Tilt requires only single card/chip size. These chips are for the default size. If you use that, then you get these by replacing the original "Chips3.png".

How can i change the background of the cards? I didn't found anything in the options.
09-14-2008 , 03:29 PM
Each deck has 4 back options. open a table > options > change deck.

If you want 4 new, different backs on a particular deck,... that requires photoshop, and some skill/knowledge of the resizing/saving process.

Thanks, I'm not familiar with the software. I got it now.

Does anybody know where I can get these cards for free?

$4 is awful close to free, IYAM.

There is a similar deck on the Full Tilt Poker Mods Wiki.

Black felt with black background would be cool.

The background is transparent so you can use whatever custom background you want.

This next one I couldn't get rid of the background, but it looks pretty sweet with the black background

Are those pics, or rendered models? I am fairly confident they are pics.

*Also, they are saved as JPG, which does NOT support transparency. They have to be saved as PNG.

Yes of course they are pics. I'm no software expert, just messing around trying to mod my tables. I get bored with the backgrounds very easily. Anyway, you can copy and paste them over whatever background you use as long as you have the transparent table or resave the images with the correct extension as Fozzy suggested. Looks pretty cool imo.

Thanks

Agreed, a black background would be much better.

Read above. You can use a black background.

I'm a bit colourblind, but that table looks grey to me. I like black. Complete absence of colour. Sets off the 4 colour deck much better.

And I think if this has no background included, don't you have to put it as a png, which limits you to that one table for ALL backgrounds?

Most of the table mods in this thread are saved in the backgrounds folders as jpg. By using a transparent png, you can then use a bunch of different tables and switch by right clicking on the table in the client.

I may be way off here, but you seem to have more versatility by putting the background and table in the same frame and saving as a jpg.

Not IMO. I would rather have 15 backgrounds and one table, and then simply change tables to have a new table with 15 backgrounds. I hated having to only have one background per table. That meant modding multiple versions of the same table with dif backgrounds.

I definitely thought I could be way off there....

I agree. I prefer to custom the background along with the table. I have 15 different backgrounds with 15 different tables. My method is probably pretty crude by some standards, but I just use photoshop to crop a cool table and then paste it onto a background that I like. I've got a few that are black and can post if you are interested.

Please do.
