The sad thing is that it's almost impossible to be 100% sure for any reasonable size application. In theory it's possible to pack something away deep inside a segment and then have some code that unpacks and/or drops it based on a semi-random condition being met. It could take weeks/months/years on a decent sized executable just checking execution paths to make sure this doesn't happen (not that I think their is anything wrong with this app or that many would go to this much trouble to hide a Trojan...).

Blocking stuff from Internet access and using something like ProcessGuard (or a DLL injection blocking firewall) is probably your best line of defence, although some virus scanner may be able to pick up on potential new threads by using a heuristic scoring system (this tends to work better for new [or polymorphic] viruses though, as they have a more well defined set of functional blocks that must be implemented for each and every virus).

Yes. You would simply need to disassemble the executable and go through the process flow and examine the purpose of each function. Other than that, you have to apply a little preparation and accept a little risk.

I just installed this and have a couple questions.

1) Fold-to-3-bet stat: While setting up the HUD stats in display preferences, the stat is called "fold-to-3bet". But when I left click to get more detailed stats on the table, the stat is called "call 3-bet". Both stats have the same value. So, if someone has 35% for both stats, are they folding or calling 35% of 3-bets?

2) The W$SD stat seems to be always 100%. I think someone mentioned this earlier.

Yeah that makes sense. HU tables use the FR detail settings. I keep meaning to make a HU specific version where the stats are stored by position as opposed to being lumped in together as blinds...

I tried changing the color, but it had no effect. (Full Tilt)

Another thing I really liked about Gametime is that it had the option of showing a different color for either a winning or a losing player.

You have to select each stat, separately, from the "display these stats" window, and then change the color. You have to do that for each of the displayed stats. I use 2 different blue shades. You could actually make every single stat a different color if you wanted to.

VPIP/PFR/AF/Hands
C-Bet/F2Cbet/3Bet/F23Bet
Steal/FSB2Steal/FBB2Steal

I too miss beinng able to make the group of stats change colors by a determined filter. example - stats are red if VPIP < 40, stats are green if VPIP > 40.

I fixed a couple of text bugs people had pointed out to me and also added a ton of stats to the permanent display options. You shouldn't have to rebuild your database or delete the prefs.txt file (but if you have problems try doing both)

I also added a hand history window. You click on the panel on the top left and it brings up one of the last 3 hands.

Any way we can get this worked in? It's just so much easier on me to be able to figure out with a moment's glance which players are bad and if the table is worth staying at, etc.

In any case, this is a GREAT tool and I'll be using it in PAHUD's stead. The extra stats are great and most of all it doesn't lag my full tilt! (Though haven't tested it out fully yet - FTP experiencing problems)

It looks like the aggression frequency you have used is different to that used in PAHud as all the numbers are alot lower.

Their formula I think is:
(bets+raises) / (bets+raises+calls+folds) x 100 = %

It looks like you have included checks into the equation.

Did you write the "big pot" script? I was kind of inspired by that, but wanted the HH tied to the table I was playing.

WTF is this box in the upper-left? WTF good is it? How do I turn it off? Why doesnt it have the options to display the table averages? I assumed thats what it was for. Is it the table winner/losers? If so, why do some of the boxes have the same player twice, with different amounts?

I instantly want to downgrade back to 1.04.
