If you use HEM and set color ranges to your vpip/pfr stats, those same colors are displayed on the table averages display panel. That can give you a quick color to look at to alert you if a table is drying up. I don't know of anything that actually does what you ask.
*I saw you post in another thread that you do use HM. Just assign some color ranges for your vpip/pfr of the players and those same ranges will be used for the table averages. I set color ranges to almost every stat in my hud. It helps me to quickly notice a tight or loose player, or a short stacker, etc.
