Hi all, Noob here so be easy...


I am just starting up playing poker more seriously after a substantial break..

When I played before I didn't use any programs, now I figure they have become so commonplace not having them will be a big leak. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, I really don't know any programs besides PokerTracker and Poker Ace HUD. I have read some good things here on holdem manager. My buddy who plays also talked about programs that scout out gams and IM you when certain players sign on, etc...Information about those would be great...

A little info about me Im planning primarily on playing HU LHE (Lol Limit)... with NLHU and PLO mixed in (primarily HU but some 6 max for both as well). I also play only at FTP...


All I need is a list of popular programs, I will do the searching on them, any info or recommendations would be nice as well. If there is a simple place for noobs like me Mods please feel free to delete this and guide me in the right direction...thank you!
