For some reason it won't let me search, don't ask me why. So if this has been asked sorry.

I got the idea from Spadeeyes website but it definitely doesnt work the way they say it should.
Has anyone figure out a way to datamine more then 16 tables? (logged into two different accounts on FTP on two windows users)

I don't want both to duplicate both hands so I was trying to install a second FTP under a different name but the computer never recognizes them as two different programs. This would be I think necessary for both trackers (gonna use PT2 and PT3) not to take in both hands and crash.

Obviously I will be mining two different stakes also, in order to not again take in double hands.

Don't know why the 2+2 search function isn't working for you, but here you go.

Adding "site:twoplustwo.com" (no quotes) to the end of your search will probably help.

lololol

I typed in your subject, "multiple user datamining." Added the site:twoplustwo.com I told you to add. And the very first result is this thread:

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...ad.php?t=78674

Also note that if you just type in your subject, it's still the 7th result.

You either didn't try and said you did (seems most likely), or you're really really bad at typing words into a box.

If you still need more help, feel free to post again or PM me. It's easy to set up. Maybe post in the Official SW Monthly Thread instead if you need more help?

I guess im bad at searching but, thanks a lot that helped. Although I think I set mine up way different then you explained in that thread / yours is setup.

I basically made 3 FTP directories, FTP, FTP2, and FTP3 having each user account send the HH files to the 3 different directories, then I have each user datamine a different level (as not to duplicate) and i have PT2 adding into two different databases, and PT3 into another.

So i am basically datamining into 3 different databases on 3 different FT accounts all in their own directory so no tracker is ever looking in a folder with more then 16 HH files.

I think this is excessive but it eliminates any chance of mixup, IMO.

Thanks a lot, again.

I think that's excessive too. Try this:

Use Full Tilt Table Opener and check the box that says "Close tables that are also open in another user area." Have all the hand histories save to the same default Full Tilt hand history folder. Auto-import in PT. It's not necessary to set it up so that "no tracker is ever looking in a folder with more than 16 HH files." No reason to worry about PT crashing on you, never crashed on me doing this with 4 user accounts (so 64 HH files) even on a computer that wasn't that powerful.

If you do it this way, you won't have to datamine different levels unless you want to, and you won't have to use more dbs than you want to.

Much easier to deal with than your current set-up imo.
