The script addresses to pokerstarsIT app, not to pokerstras app. Seems, that is the problem for .com users. But I can't find in source code how to change this.

The problem is I don't have a pokerstar.com account, if I had one it would took 5 mins to fix the problem...

Error message:
"Can't get item 1 of every window of "class pcap" "Pokerstars" of application "System Events" whose title contains "Last". Invalid index."

"set window_name to name of item 1 of (windows whose title contains "Last")"

what this line means? why title contains "last"?

change "last" to "lobby"

it returns another error: "sh: /Users/aleksandr/UnixBins/MouseTools: No such file or directory" line 127

Bump! I wish this worked for me. Im on EU and downloaded EU script but i still get -> "Can't get item 1 of every window of "class pcap" "Pokerstars" of application "System Events" whose title contains "Last". Invalid index."
I use 10.8.4 os x and i followed all the steps

Hi guys,

OK so I managed to make it work for those who get the
"can't get class pcap pokerstars of application system events" error or the
"sh: /Users/aleksandr/UnixBins/MouseTools: No such file or directory" error.

I have changed PokerStars in the code to PokerStarsES (in my case) That fixes Error 1.

Then download the MouseTools commandline script in order to make it work, since my problem was coming from there. You need that utility to make the script work.

I downloaded that and changed this line :
set mouseToolsPath to (path to home folder as text) & "UnixBins:MouseTools"
with the actual path I saved the MouseTools command to.
For example: set mouseToolsPath to (path to home folder as text) & "stuff:MouseTools" being stuff in my home folder and notice that instead of ""/"" you use "":""

That's it!
And it is working!

I would fix also the Pokerstars.com version but unfortunately I don't have an account there so I can't really do much for that at the moment.

Yes, but (after a couple of hours with it) it doens't seem to work 100% OK.

- It doesn't quit
- It doesn't automatically register me in the SnG.
(I have to click register, it only focuses in the lobby window... not always, though.)

I will give it a try during today and if I find a way to fix those things I will let you know.

it would be amazing to have this script working!
However, I get the same error message mentioned earlier:

"item 1 of every window of «class pcap» "PokerStarsEU" of application "System Events" whose title contains "last" can't load. Bad index..."
(Mine is in German, actually, but that should not matter, right?).

So, I have
1. Activated access for assistive devices.
2. Set up my Filter in the Pokerstars lobby so only one sng shows.
3. Set the language in PS to English

Using PokerstarsEU and Mac OS 10.8.5.

Changing "last" into "lobby" brings the following error:

„System Events“ hat einen Fehler erhalten: „UI element 10 of window "PokerStarsEU Lobby - Logged in as anemptyman" of application process "PokerStarsEU"“ kann nicht gelesen werden. Ungültiger Index.

Translation:
"System Events" has received an error: "UI element 10 of window "PokerStarsEU Lobby - Logged in as anemptyman" of application process "PokerStarsEU"“ can not be read. Bad index.

Any hope?

I have downloaded the EU version and running share mouse with access granted.
I get this error -
System Events got an error: action "AXRaise" of every window of process "PokerStarsEU" whose title = "PokerStarsEU Lobby - Logged in as TheCleaner01" doesn’t understand the “perform” message.

Any ides how i can fix this.
